The service

Goose Guide is a free venue-discovery service. We help you search gyms, leisure centres, pools, studios and sports facilities across the UK, and show venue details such as facilities, opening times and indicative pricing.

Accounts

You can browse and search without an account. If you create one, you sign in with a one-time email link — there are no passwords. Keep your sign-in emails private; anyone with access to your email can access your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Venue information and purchases

Venue details, pricing and availability come from our data partner Hussle and venue operators. We work to keep information accurate but can't guarantee it is always complete or current — check with the venue before visiting. When you follow a pass or booking link you leave Goose Guide and buy from Hussle or the venue directly; those purchases are covered by their own terms, not ours. We may receive a referral fee from partner links, at no extra cost to you.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no scraping at scale, no attempting to access other people's accounts, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from inaccurate venue information, third-party services, or interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
