ArenaFit

The gym is independently run so expect a friendly atmosphere combined with a personal touch. The gym contains a variety of functional training equipment such as a weighted sled, track, battle ropes, kettlebells and tyres. There is a custom crossfit rig along with bars, TRX and a punch bag.
